Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origins

HeadCustoms operates two production studios - one in Spain and one in Ukraine. Orders are dispatched from the studio best suited to fulfill your specific order. The shipping origin does not affect delivery timelines communicated at checkout.

2. Worldwide Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at hello@headcustoms.com before placing an order.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with leading local and international carriers depending on the destination country. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email along with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

Orders containing at least one custom-made item ship free of charge - regardless of order size, destination, or whether the order also includes standard accessories.

For orders containing standard accessories only (no custom or handcrafted items), shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

5. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that shipping time begins only after your order has been fully produced and dispatched. Production times vary by painting level:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

6. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time estimates after dispatch:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

7. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the carrier
  • A direct link to track your shipment

If you have not received a shipping notification within the expected production window, please contact us at hello@headcustoms.com.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

HeadCustoms ships internationally and declares all shipments in accordance with applicable regulations. However, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are unable to:

  • Predict or calculate import fees for your country
  • Mark shipments as "gift" or undervalue declared amounts
  • Refund shipping costs due to customs delays or seizures
For EU buyers: orders shipped from our Spain studio are dispatched within the EU and are not subject to import duties.

9. Delivery Issues

Package not delivered / marked as delivered but not received

Contact us within 7 days of the tracked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Package lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HeadCustoms is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Address changes are only possible during the Order Review stage.
