Orders & Payment

How do I place a custom order?

Browse our catalog, select the item and painting level, then complete checkout. During the Order Review stage, we'll reach out if we need additional details about your design or preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay - processed securely via Stripe.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes can be made during the Order Review stage. Once production has started, we're unable to modify the order.

Do you require full payment upfront?

Yes, full payment is required at checkout to begin processing your order.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from our studios in Spain and Ukraine.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. Typical estimates after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you cover customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to local customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

Production & Materials

What materials do you use?

We use premium-grade resins and filaments selected for durability and surface quality. Each item is printed, hand-finished, and coated with professional-grade protective lacquer from leading manufacturers.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the painting level selected:

  • 3D Dry Brush: approx. 5–7 business days
  • 3D Graphic & Pop-Art: approx. 7–10 business days
  • 3D Cinematic & FX: approx. 10–14 business days
  • 3D Fine Art Detail: approx. 14–21 business days
Is the lacquer coating durable?

Yes. We use wear-resistant professional lacquers that protect the paint layer from daily use, UV exposure, and moisture.

Customization & Design

Can I provide my own design or artwork?

Yes. You can upload reference images, describe your idea, or share existing artwork during the order process. Our team will review it and confirm feasibility during the Order Review stage.

Do you use AI in the design process?

We use AI-assisted tools for design previews and visualization before production begins. All painting is done by hand by our artists.

Can I see a preview before production starts?

Yes. For custom designs, we provide a digital preview during the Order Review stage. Production begins only after your approval.

What items can you customize?

Currently: headphone pad covers. Coming soon: phone cases, gaming console panels, laptop skins, pendants, and more.

Painting Levels

What's the difference between painting levels?

Each level represents the depth of hand-painting applied:

  • 3D Dry Brush - bold base finish, key highlights
  • 3D Graphic & Pop-Art - full detail, OSL, simple weathering
  • 3D Cinematic & FX - professional gradients, full edge work, detailed FX
  • 3D Fine Art Detail - maximum realism, exhibition-quality finish
Can I upgrade my painting level after ordering?

Upgrades are possible during the Order Review stage only, before production begins.
